METHOD: Dissolve 22WSSW in 30℃ warm water. Set human usual dose as medium dose, tripling dilute the usual dose as small dose, 3 times the concentration of usual dose as large dose. Put 30 male rabbits into 5 groups randomly: DXM group, NS group, 25WSSW small dose group(0.07g/kg), 25SWWS medium dose group(0.2g/kg), 25WSSW large dose group(0.6g/kg). Administration 5 times by garage, fasting 12h before the fifth time of administration, water supplied freely. 1h before the administration inject 100 ug/kg endotoxin in rabbits via ear veins. On DXM group, there only needs 1 time administration at the same time with last administration on Tibetan medicine group. rabbits aneasthesia when 6h after injecting endotoxin, separate serum from blood samples, which had been taken from artery to detect endotoxin quantitatively by endotoxin detector. Perforate on Staphylococcus aureus/ Escherichia Coli managed agar plates respectively, and put serum sample into it, measure the area of inhibition zone by cross method. RESULT: Compared with negative control group, endotoxin concentration at medium group increased obviously, but endotoxin concentration decreased obviously compared with positive control group (P<0.05). The area of inhibition zone to Staphylococcus aureus on DXM group reduced obviously, but has no significant difference on other groups. The area of inhibition zone to Escherichia Coli on DXM group reduced obviously, but enlarged on medium/large/small dose group obviously, p<0.05. CONCLUSION: 25WSSW has killing effect to Escherichia Coli, but has no effect to Staphylococcus Aureus. Key words: Tibetan medicine, endotoxin, Escherichia Coli, Staphylococcus Aureus.
