STUDENTS MAY ENROLL FULL-TIME (take all classes at the college). STUDENTS MAY ENROLL PART-TIME (take some classes at Brookwood and some at the college, or take a few classes at the college). THIS IS THE STUDENT’S/FAMILY DECISION. PART-TIME ONLY MAY DELAY GRADUATION. FULL-TIME COULD EXPEDITE GRADUATION. STUDENTS ARE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TO THE END OF THEIR SENIOR YEAR, EVEN IF THAT HAVE MET THEIR GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS BY THE END OF THE FALL SEMESTER. BREAKS AND HOLIDAYS DO NOT ALWAYS ALIGN. ONCE STUDENTS GRADUATE, THEY EXIT THE PROGRAM. NO MINIMUM NUMBER OF CREDITS PER SEMESTER, BUT THERE IS A 15 CREDIT HOURS MAXIMUM PER SEMESTER (approximately 5 classes) 3+ CREDIT HOURS= 1CARNEGIE UNIT (so a course taken in one semester qualifies as one full high school credit, i.e.,1 year). 1-2 CREDIT HOURS= .5 CARNEGIE UNIT.
