Date: December 1, 2012
Place: Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show Grounds.
(The facilities are located at 1000 North Texas Avenue in Mercedes.)
The program will begin with registration at 8:00 a.m. and the program commencing at 9:00
a.m.
It is expected that the program will conclude at approximately 6:30 p.m. with an opportunity
for
participants to develop an action plan for their 4‐H Dog Project in their club or county.
Registration for this event will be on the District 12 4‐H website (http://d124‐h.tamu.edu) and
will be open from October 15th through November 7th. The registration fee will be
$35 for a participant with a dog (an adult must accompany youth with dogs). Fees include
instruction, facility fees, and lunch for all registered participants. 4‐H member, parents, and
leaders that wish to attend without a dog, may register with a fee of $20 per person, which
includes program costs and lunch.
