Late work is turned in with a late slip in a separate bin. Late work is often graded last, unless needed for project completion or to prepare for an assessment. Conferences Late October/early November PTC Wizard First-come, first-served basis How You Can Help… Create a quiet work area at home. Encourage your child to read 20 minutes a day. Encourage your child to utilize learned editing & revising skills (read aloud & highlight). Please proofread work by pointing out mistakes, but not fixing them. Encourage them to self-advocate as much as possible. Donations of supplies, scrapbook paper, books, magazines, and tissues are always very much appreciatedī Contact Information bateman@havsd.net 610-853-5900 x5187 HMS Website Faculty I’m available for extra help, but students must make an appointment!
