TRINITY UNIVERSITY VISIT COORDINATOR Position Announcement Trinity University (San Antonio, TX) seeks applications for a Visit Coordinator. The position will be available July 9. Interviews will begin immediately. As the first contact to Trinity for many families, the Visit Coordinator helps define how the university is perceived by his or her professionalism, competence, warmth, and responsiveness. Interested candidates for this position should have an exceptional work ethic, willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed, and the desire to provide exceptional service and a quality experience to campus visitors. The position requires initiative and collaborative work, excellent organizational and analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills, good professionalism and judgment, and technical proficiency. The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree and have a valid driver’s license to assist with transportation during visit programs. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating prospective student and family visits to Trinity; communicating with visitors and campus constituencies; helping oversee lunch hosts, overnight hosts, and tour guides; maintaining the visit budget, calendar, and staff appointments; helping plan a Saturday Visit Program; managing the admissions phone line; representing the Office of Admissions and University at recruitment and professional programs; and performing duties and supervising projects as assigned.
