CRG Texas is comprised of multi disciplinary team of mature, professional, and
experienced individuals possessing a wide range of expertise associated with
environmental projects. Our experience includes, but is not limited to:
 Phase I and II ESAs,
 Soil and ground water investigations, assessments, and Phase III remediation
 Regulatory agency correspondence, cost proposals, and reporting,
 Environmental remediation project, and construction project management

We have participated in federally funded projects for EPA and Military (Army, Air
Force, Navy, and National Guard) projects throughout the south and
southwestern United States.
Private projects include Residential and Commercial development sites, Financial
Institution due diligence projects, Quick Response sampling projects, Dry
Cleaners, and Farm and Ranch properties.
Municipal projects include City of San Antonio, City of Houston, City of La Porte,
and City of Pasadena, Texas Public Works and Engineering and Environmental
Department projects, Airport fuel systems and bulk fuel storage facility
assessments and remediation.

CRG Texas, LLC was founded in February 2007 by Kevin Casler after seeing a need for an
environmental service company that provides quality assessment and field services at a
reasonable price. Mr. Casler knows from personal experience how hard it is to find a quality
environmental service provider who can deliver reliable services and data on time and within
budget. The core principles of the company were founded during his 22 year tenure with
national environmental consulting firms who provided services not only to Private Industry
clientele, but also to Federal, State, and Municipal customers. CRG Texas’ experienced
personnel consistently deliver honest, quality, and dependable services on every project .
Mr. Casler’s practical experience working in consulting has allowed him to understand what
environmental consultants and their customer’s projects require. Careful and proper planning
and preparation are implemented into every project. CRG performs in an effort to maintain a
“get it right the first time” philosophy.

Kevin C. Casler

Work Experience History:
Mr. Casler’s work experience spans over 24 years combined experience in Environmental Consulting; and
Construction Materials testing and inspections. Mr. Casler gained his practical construction materials and
geotechnical experience while employed for 6 years by a national engineering testing laboratory,
Professional Service Industries (PSI) from 1985 until 1991. His construction and geotechnical work
experience includes soils laboratory analysis and geotechnical engineering testing, field construction
materials testing and field inspections.
Mr. Casler has over 18 years of Environmental Site Assessment, subsurface investigation, and remediation
experience. Mr. Casler holds and maintains his A and B License for UST Installations and Removals with
the TCEQ as a “Licensed On-site Supervisor”, and participates actively in workshops and presentations for
the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Mr. Casler has drafted TCEQ Release
Determination Reports for over 200 UST release closures for Private, Federal, and Municipal environmental
construction projects in Texas. He has also provided technical support for Environmental assessment and
remediation projects in Louisiana, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
His full time relevant work expertise in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Phase II ESAs, soil
and groundwater assessments, regulatory reporting, remediation, and source identification exceeds the 10
year experience requirement mandated by the Small Business Administration to perform Phase I
Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with the ASTM E-1527-05 Standard Procedure for
Phase I ESAs, and the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) standard
procedure. CRG Texas was formed by Mr. Casler’s desire to provide abroad spectrum of environmental
services specializing in commercial property assessments, and field environmental services. Mr. Casler has
been recognized for his contribution to public cleanup programs and community environmental awareness
through conducting presentations at public schools and community events.
