Alternative Resources of the Triad (ART) (Triad-focused)
The mission of ART is to be actively involved with the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning
(GLBTQ) community of the Triad (Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, NC and surrounding
communities). ART works to support the GLBTQ community by (1) serving as an information portal and
referral source and (2) by maintaining an ongoing, visible, and positive educational and supportive presence in
the community. ART produced the first Triad PRIDE Festival in Greensboro, which continues to this day.

HOLA en Grupos
A sex education and health study/intervention program for Latino men that consists of four 4-hour group

Triad Health Project
Triad Health Project provides emotional and practical support to individuals living with HIV/AIDS, to their
loved ones, and to those at risk for HIV/AIDS; implements strategies to educate those at risk and the
community about HIV/AIDS; and advocates locally, regionally, and nationally for individuals and groups
infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS. Free and Confidential Testing for HIV/AIDS, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, and

Trans Support Group Talks at UNCG
This is a confidential and safe space for trans* folks to meet and talk about issues pertinent to their lives and
gender identities. This group is open to both UNCG and people in the Greensboro community. A brief
screening process is required prior to joining the group. This can be completed in-person or via phone with a
