Led zeppelin started because when jimmy Paige was in the yard birds and everybody else quit so
he recruited new members to play in the last few gigs they had to play and then after they
formed Led Zeppelin
They used to say that the old volts wagon cars were water proof so one day the members of the
band drove one into a lake and found out for themselves that it was not.
In 1980, the band came back together to record a new album. On his way to a rehearsal,
drummer Bonham stopped off for 16 shots of vodka. He drank throughout the rehearsal.
Bonham went to bed that night and never woke up again.
Once they were all in a suite together just hanging out when jimmy took his "girlfriend" into the
bathroom. About 15 min. later smoke began to come up form under the door. when they
opened it jimmy had managed to start a fire out of a roll of toilet paper on the bathroom floor...
John Paul Jones was quoted as saying "jimmy was yipping like a little girl trying to put it out".
Once in their hotel room the band members took a bottle of superglue and glued everything
onto the ceiling before they left the next morning.

In 2005 at the bands final ozzfest appearance the band was pelted with eggs.
The band was actually formed on Christmas day in 1975.

Avenged sevenfold

The band was still in high school when they recorded their first album.
Avenged Sevenfold came together in Huntington Beach, California in 1999. The band
took their name from a story in the book of Genesis in The Bible about the brothers Cain
and Abel.








On December 28, 2009, Avenged Sevenfold drummer James "The Rev" Sullivan was
found dead in his home. He died due to heart failure brought on by a combination of
several prescription drugs.
Avenged Sevenfold’s song lost describes the history of war and how we still pursue the
same thing and kill each other to this day. Lead singer M. Shadows describes how we're
lost in the sense that we still haven't found out that war and killing each other doesn't
fix anything.
The bands song bat country is based on a book called Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas by
Hunter S. Thompson. There is also a movie with the same name with Johnny Depp and
Benicio del Toro as the leading actors.
Alice Cooper

Cooper's legendary stage show involves live snakes, straight jackets, corpses, and other
horror movie-styled props--not to mention fog machines and dramatic lighting, of
course. Stage shows concluded with Cooper's "public execution" by various means,
including electric chair, gallows, and guillotine.
He ran for governor of Arizona in 1988.
In 2001 the International Horror Guild gave him a living legend award.
Cooper had a pet snake named Julius Squeezer that died after being bitten by a rat.
Cooper explained in the January, 2009 issue of Esquire: "When I moved to L.A. with this
little wimpy garage band, the first people we met were the Doors. Then we met Jimi
Hendrix and Janis Joplin. All of the people who died of excess were our big brothers and
sisters. So I said to myself: How do you become a legend and enjoy it? The answer is to
create a character as legendary as those guys and leave that character on the stage."
