Part 4
Donald Trump tells his investors that in order to maximize profits he will sell the condos in different
sizes and add some amenities. He decides to make the 10th floor as one luxury penthouse condo, floors
7-9 large condos (which are double the size of medium condos), the 6th floor will be used only for an
indoor pool, spa, and workout room, and he will keep floors 2-5 medium sized condos. Because of these
amenities, he feels he can raise his prices which will create more revenue.
