Committee Meetings
The Committee met face-to-face four times during the year:
a. August 13, 2010 – The initial meeting focused on the election of officers
and a recap of events from the prior year. New members had the
opportunity to ask questions about the committee and their responsibilities
as members.
b. November 3, 2010 - Luncheon Meeting at La Fogata Columbian and
Hispanic Restaurant.

The current charter was sent to all members by email and paper
copies were given to all members in attendance. Committee
members were asked to review the existing charter and to provide
input for a charter revision.

Copies of the 2009-10 End-of-Year report were distributed for
review and as a reference.

A report was given on the IPES Conference (International Passport
to Enterprise Skills) held at Davidson County Community College
Oct. 4-5, 2010. This initiative was developed in partnership with

conference held at Caldwell Community College & Technical
Institute Oct. 14-15, 2010. Conference handouts were distributed.
