 Be at least a second year member of a University of Missouri Greek Organization
 Be enrolled in at least twelve credit hours
 Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
 Abide by all rules and regulations of the University M-Book
 Attend the Greek Week 2015 Steering Committee Retreat on January 23rd-24th
 Be committed to disaffiliating from their chapter upon selection
 Properly represent the University of Missouri, the Department of Student Life, and Greek Life at all Steering

Greek Week 2015 Committee Descriptions
General Steering Committee Responsibilities:
• Attend Steering Committee meetings every Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
• Attend Liaison meetings every Thursday at 7:00 p.m., beginning spring semester
• Participate in all Greek Week 2015 related events, service projects, and fund-raisers
Individual Committee Roles and Responsibilities:
Blood:
• Collaborate with the Red Cross to plan the Blood Drive and all associated events
• Responsible for weekly meetings with the Red Cross, separate from Liaison meetings
• Organize media efforts for the Blood Drive
• Recruit campus and community volunteers to donate blood
Fling:
• Coordinate all Fling events including programs, intro video, ushers, tickets, and judges
• Attend all technical, blocking, and dress rehearsals as well as work with audiovisuals
• Hold weekly Directors’ meetings, separate from Liaison meetings
• Hold IBA auditions and select those that will perform
• Write Directors’ Rulebook
• Two Emcees will be selected
Public Relations: • Design promotional materials and graphics for social media posts
• Create videos and photograph events throughout Greek Week 2015
• Arrange media coverage for events through press releases and media kits
• Talk to local businesses about becoming Greek Week 2015 sponsors and distribute
sponsorship packets
• Prepare agenda and take minutes for weekly Liaison meetings
• Coordinate T-shirt sales and dispersion
Events:
• Schedule games, referees and use of equipment.
• Conduct coaches’ meetings, separate from Liaison meetings
• Work closely with the Recreation Center and associated staff.
• Direct Royalty applications, interviews, and service projects
• Plan and organize Greek Week 2015 Kick-Off Event and other Greek Week 2015 events.
• Design and write official Greek Week 2015 Rulebook
