LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER/MFT

STARTING PAY: $54,724.80
WNRYC is seeking an experienced full-time LCSW/MFT for youth case management and mental health
treatment. Because WNRYC is a 24 hours a day 7 days a week facility, the incumbent will be expected to
work some evenings and weekends with their primary shift being Days.
This position facilitates individuals, group and family therapy. The right individual will conduct diagnostic
intake, risk assessments and discharge planning and maintain appropriate clinical documentation.
Additional responsibilities include:
Assist with general staff development of WNRYC employees; provides staff training with special
emphasis on mental health.
 Provide on-going mental health case management services for assigned youth.
 Crisis intervention and suicide risk management – provide training and response.
 Coordinate with community mental health providers for assessment, placement, and medications
for a continuum of services.
 Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the health care and medication dispensing systems.
Must be a Nevada licensed LCSW or MFT. Prefer a minimum of 2+ years post internship experience
working with adolescents and families involved in the court system. Prefer experience with substance
abuse/relapse prevention treatment and trauma informed care.
This positon is subject to pre-employment drug testing, random drug screening and must pass a stringent
background investigation.
Pay Grade: 32 (Non-exempt)
Employee/Employer Paid Retirement: $26.31/hr
Employer Paid Retirement:
$23.22/hr
