VISEC® Proprietary Motion Detection Technology: A key
feature in the Visec Pro solution is the VISEC® Proprietary
Motion Detection Technology (VPMD). This motion-based
technology was a lengthy project and was developed solely for
the Visec Pro application by a team of NASA level software
engineers. It is based on complex algorithms that form the
basis for software controlled motion detection. This key
development eliminates the need for expensive hardware
sensor devices and drastically lowers the system’s price.
Currently this technology is protected under Trade Secret Law,
and additional intellectual property protection including patent
protection is currently being investigated both domestically and
abroad.
VISEC® Proprietary Remote Monitor
Technology

Another feature that Philex Enterprises worked so extensively to
develop is the VISEC® Proprietary Remote Monitor Technology
(VPRM), a key highlight that enables users to remotely monitor their
camera’s perimeter from anywhere in the world. A team of Network
and Software engineers collaborated for over a year to develop this
aspect of the system. This critical feature was carefully architected so
that a client side plug-in or module would not be needed to view live or
recorded video. This means that almost any Internet Browser can be
used to access the remote monitor feature. Remotely monitoring your
home or office with VPRM technology is like viewing a regular website
and will not be restricted by a firewall, router or proxy server. Thus,
access from a company network, hotel room, airport, public library,
etc., will not be a problem and permission will be allowed. Compare
this with other limited systems that require a large downloadable .exe
or plug-in, that is prohibited on most corporate and public computers
How Visec® VPRM Technology has
revolutionized cell phones & Security


Perhaps one of the most fascinating features of the VPRM Remote Monitoring
technology is the ability for users to monitor their camera surveillance system
using their cell phone. Most new cell phones come with a small color TFT
Display Screen and are given away free or are reasonably priced to purchase.
Visec®VPRM Technology takes cell phones to a whole new level. The software
development engineers at Philex were able to merge the Visec®VPRM
technology into a computer readable format that can be understood by cell
phone browsers that utilize the standard Wireless Access Protocol (WAP) and
Wireless Markup Language, (WML). This is a very limited language and
required tedious dedication and coding modifications to be supported with
Visec®VPRM Technology. Again, no plug-in is needed and Visec®VPRM
technology will automatically detect the highest-level settings of the device the
user is connecting from. Based on this detection, VISEC® VPRM Technology
will send data in a computer readable format that is supported by that particular
device. The result is live and recorded video from the camera’s perimeters
displayed on the cell phone anywhere you are in the world.

developed in Asia. While not bad, what you see is a difficult and cumbersome
interface, generic for nearly every security system on the market. We don’t! We
have developed our own powerful software control interface that works
synergistically with our other key technologies to bring you a total security
system.
A team of NASA Level Software Engineers developed the coding behind the
software control interface. Behind the scenes, very complex algorithms are
working synchronously with a fast CPU to deliver a cutting edge surveillance
system. Despite its extreme complexity, with over a million of lines of code, this
interface is extremely easy to use. The end user will experience a very friendly
interface with easy navigation control.
