Attanasio Gerald’s background has been working for Commercial Banks, lending to mid-size companies in various industries. Several of the banking institutions he has worked for are Chase Manhattan Bank, European American Bank, First New York Bank for Business, First National Bank of Long Island. Gerald has recently retired. His most recent position was at Valley National Bank, of where he was Senior Vice President, Division Manager. Gerald’s expertise includes dealing with medium size companies within the middle market with an emphasis on evaluating financial statements and dealing effectively with owners and senior executives within various industries. Most recently, as a Division Manager, Gerald was responsible for overseeing a Commercial Lending portfolio of approximately $300,000,000 in commitments. Lines of credit range from $500,000 to $50,000,000. His staff consisted of several commercial lenders, administrative assistants, and loan analysts whom he trained. Gerald received his B.B.A. in Finance and Investments from Bernard Baruch College, and Graduate study in Accounting, St. John’s University. Gerald is married and has two children. He served in U.S. Marine Corp. Reserve 1966 to 1972 Nick Passarelli Nick Passarelli has fifteen years of experience primarily in Regulatory Compliance and Human Resources. He is currently the Chief Compliance Officer for Dealerweb in Jersey City, NJ. Dealerweb is a registered Broker Dealer with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He was hired in March, 2009 as the Firm’s first dedicated CCO. In his brief tenure, he has successfully partnered with members of Senior Management, employees and regulators in building a comprehensive Compliance Program within the Firm. This program encompasses both the Voice and Electronic platforms of Hilliard Farber’s Interdealer Brokerage business. Prior to joining Dealerweb, Nick was the CCO of Kellogg Partners Institutional Services, a Broker Dealer specializing in Institutional Sales. Similar to Dealerweb, Nick was the Firm’s first dedicated CCO and responsible for building their compliance program. During his tenure there, Nick partnered with the Firm’s Senior Management, employees and various regulators to ensure Kellogg’s continued compliance with various rules, regulations and company policies. Nick held this role from January, 2005 to March, 2009. Before switching careers, Nick worked in Human Resources at various firms. He began working at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1996 specifically working in the Management Consulting Services division. He left to join Prudential Securities in 2000 supporting various areas of their Private Client Group. After leaving Prudential, Nick worked as an Independent Consultant in Human Resources. His last client, Kellogg Group LLC, hired him to build that Firm’s first Human Resources department. Shortly after completing this assignment, he was hired as the Firm’s first Director of Human Resources in May, 2003. Nick earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St. John’s University in 1996. He was accepted into Baruch College’s Industrial/Organizational Psychology program and completed his Masters of Business Administration in I/O Psychology in 2000. Nick holds several securities licenses, including the Series 4, 7, 9/10, 24 and 63 licenses. He has also passed examinations for the Series 14 and 14A.
