BIOGRAPHY
SCOTT THAMS
CEO
Integrity Aerospace Group
Mr. Thams is Chief Executive Officer of Integrity Aerospace Group Inc.
(www.integrityaerospace.com) a Troy MI based, family owned, aerospace testing company founded in
Detroit in 1941. He has been with the company for 30 years in many different capacities including
Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance and Management positions. He has lead strategic planning for
the company as CEO for the last 20 years in which time the company has quadrupled its revenues
and refocused its business in the aerospace sector. The company has 300 employees and operations
in ten states. Mr. Thams is a graduate of Michigan State University where he earned a BA in Business
Finance.
