• Capitalize / Settle - classify an expense or
project to a depreciable asset
• Revalue - adjust asset value to its market value
• Technical Concurrence - approval from a
technical perspective to support a requisition of
a cost center
• Asset under Construction - ongoing project that
will eventually be capitalized

• Maintenance of the Asset Master Records will be
a shared responsibility between the
Administrative Officers (cost centers), and
the Asset Accounting unit.
• Department Head approval of Asset Master
Records will be processed outside the system.
• There will be a system maintenance and tracking
of the asset history.
• Assets will be transferred via the system.
• There will be control over deactivation or
activation and deletion of Asset Master Records.

• Follow the Lotus Notes menu path:

• Choose the server ABSMNL11/ABS-CBN/PH
