Demi-plant Water on daily basis
 Tests performed were P-value test, M-value test, Total hardness test, Ca+2 test, Chloride test, PH & Conductivity
test, test to determine iron & copper contents, hydrogen purification test, hydrazine test, Ammonia test,
phosphate test, PO3 test, SIO2 test
 Test performed in oil testing lab were Calorific value test using bomb calorimeter, Flash point test of different
samples of furnace oil using open & closed cup, Gravity measuring test using hygrometer, Density measuring
test, test to check the acidity of furnace ash, detecting the contents of the CO, CO2, SO2, NOx from the flue gas
using combustion meter
