Section 7: Atomic Theory [ATOMIC THEORIST FACEBOOK PAGE] The purpose of the project is to create a Facebook page on a historical figure or event from this section. And since Facebook doesn’t allow you to create a page for someone other than yourself, you will have to mimic the site using the attached PowerPoint as a template. When you are finished, save and upload the PowerPoint file. Aristotle Henri Becquerel Niels Bohr James Chadwick Marie & Pierre Curie You may choose from any of the following old dead guys: John Dalton Democritus Erwin Schrodinger Robert Millikan Ernest Rutherford J.J. Thomson Max Planck Werner Heisenberg Antoine Lavoisier Henry Mosely Your first page must include: Name of historical figure at the top of the page 1 profile picture of your historical figure Information for person: o Network o Birthday o Political Affiliation o Religion o Hometown Friends Corner o 6 pictures of people that are/would be friends with your figure The Wall: o Write 6 significant facts on The Wall. These facts need to highlight important events that your historical figure or event is famous for. Each comment must be about a separate event and include the date. The comment can be from your figure or from someone associated with your figure. (See template.) Your second page must include: Basic information for person o Networks o Sex o Birthday o Hometown o Relationship Status o Political Views o Religious Views Personal information for person o Activities o Interests o Favorite music o Favorite movies o Favorite TV shows o Favorite books Contact Information o Address o Phone Number Photo albums (replace the two pictures on the lower left) Your third page must include: Photos and albums The idea is to make this look as realistic as possible. Obviously it would be difficult to determine Aristotle’s favorite TV show (because I’m pretty sure they didn’t have TV in the B.C.’s), so you will have to do your best to determine what it WOULD be if he were alive today.
