I believe my God has infinite wisdom and thereby allowing it know
what my best interests are.
I believe my God has infinite power to do all of these things.
I believe my God listens to my prayers.
I believe my God will help me live happily ever after.
I believe my God will help me find my partner and children.
I believe my God will help me marry my partner.
I believe my God will help my family to live together happily ever
after...
I believe love is the highest power and wisdom in the universe.
If I love my wife unlimitedly, then my wife will have the highest
power and wisdom in the universe.
If I love my wife her heart will swell and she will have my best
interests at heart and only mine and none other.
Therefore Because I love my wife infinitely:

rhythm. She was the original source of light.
She is the deity from which deep thought arises. She makes thought
arise in others.
In the three worlds (land, water and space) she is causation,
She keeps Shiva's song safe and eternally safe.
She is above everyone else. She is Saraswathi
She is the lord Shiva's sacred wife from which notes arise and
blossom into flowers of scales.
Character, personality and devotion are your divine songs.
You are in tune with rhythm in an utmost and outstanding manner.

Once upon a time, there was a butterfly that flew all the way from the
moon and landed on my hand.
This butterfly was magical and enchanting and sparkled with fairy
dust.

Souls can be influenced by circumstances, pattern of thought
(personality), matter, past, present or planned future, God or other
souls.
In the above list, except other souls all things are just concepts that
influence reasoning and in the case of God only goodness can be
obtained from God.
Other souls can influence souls to do good or bad as other souls can
be good or bad.
I believe all souls are essentially good as they come from God.
My observations tell me that there is a soul who is very powerful and
consistently controlling other souls to do bad, thereby corrupting
society.
The current circumstances do not require such a soul to be so bad.
Other souls according to me are not forcing this soul to be bad.
This bad soul may be in a pattern of bad behaviour and may like the
feeling of power it has access to, since it is powerful. It may like
feeling superior to others and controlling them.
I have noticed it can takeover any body and make that human do bad.

To make this soul good, i can either torture it, give it therapy, get it
married pray for it or pray to God. I have tried giving it therapy, I
have tried getting it married I have tried praying for it.
Murugan has said to defeat an enemy of equal standing (i.e another
soul) we must pray to a higher being. The only higher being above a
soul (asthma) is God (the paramathma).
I will pray to God so that this bad soul (booth, devil, boothathma) can

1. Stop acute illness.
2. Continue anti-relapse, maintenance medication.
3. If patient can be cared for a period of time (roughly 2 years) in a home
environment without any rigid responsibilities, such as a 9-5 work environment,
strict dress code, where there is no pressure to conform or be disciplined.
4. Once the patient is confident after this period of time (roughly 2 years), they
can return to work in a friendly supported atmosphere initially.
5. They should get suited to the work environment and develop their confidence.
6. They will soon be able to lead a normal life again as if they never had mental
illness.
The caring home environment with freedom is critical as is access to a
psychiatrist on a regular basis for evaluation, management and treatment.

You choose to accept.
Patient chooses to accept.
Lay out the rule:
You have to meet each other face to face and commence a
psychotherapy session.
If you don’t meet each other and commence a psychotherapy session
for a month then therapy is over and you a re no longer my patient.
Psychotherapy session has a start time and a stop time. Start
psychotherapy and stop psychotherapy. Psychotherapist start’s and
stop’s session.
During the session:
1. There shall be no physical violence.

Shiva is the lord of destruction. Shivam is synonymous with
destruction. As Vishnu is in all that is good and preserves that
goodness, Shiva is in all that is bad and destroys that bad.
It is in this way that Shiva and Vishnu work together to preserve
good and destroy evil. Dhustha Sikshana Sista Rakshna, i.e. “I shall

punish the bad and save the good” is what Krishna has said in the
Gita. Therefore Krishna is none but the combination of Shiva and
Vishnu. This dual action of Shiva and Vishnu is what is needed for
love to flow. Love is none other than Brahma.
Brahma or love is the single God that all monotheistic religions pray
to. It is love that is Allah, it is love that is Yehua, it is love that is
Brahma. Love is the one magnificent and only God that all religions
speak of.
It is this Love that assumes the role of the protector as Vishnu and
the destroyer as Shiva.
As Krishna took the role of saving the good and defeating the bad, we
must all do the same. For Krishna is a soul, just like the rest of us and
we must all take our responsibilities in this universe created by love.
We must choose to love, help the good and at least not practise bad
actions. By bad, it does not mean breaking the law or lying or
something mundane like that.
Bad is the evil that destroys love and corrupt pure love. Bad is what
separates true lovers. Bad is rape. Bad is violence that harms the
good or the innocent. Bad misleads the good and the innocent into
becoming bad.
To defeat bad, we must first be good, choose to love and love with a
strength and purity that will prevail. We must protect and preserve
goodness like Vishnu and we should not let bad thrive like Shiva. We
should not be deceived by bad and we should not let others deceive
good people and innocent people in bad ways.
We must be steadfast in our goodness and let others be good as well.
Only then will good prevail over evil and the universe become an
utopia.

Note all that is evil and exists currently has Vishnu prevailing in it for
now and all that is good and exists also has Vishnu prevailing in it
now.
This leads us to the next question. Why does Vishnu allow evil to
exist, since if the spirit of Vishnu left the evil being than that evil
would cease to exist.
I am still pondering over this question. Even the West asks why does
God (or Vishnu) permit evil to exist. This question I cannot answer.
Surely it is not evolution that requires the existence of evil to test us,
for this Universe is not that cruel.
If it is a battle between Good and Evil, maybe Vishnu prevails in
preserving good and only good and that which preserves evil is
another mechanism, which is not Vishnu?
Maybe Viswam in Viswam Vishnur is all that is good, rather than all.
As even Lord Krishna states in the Gita that I preserve good and
destroy evil. Krishna is noted as an avathaar of Vishnu.
Finally Viswam Vishnur means Vishnu prevails in all that is good and
preserves it.
Meditation and Samskara or Waste

As we live our life we accumulate spiritual waste that makes us feel
heavy and fogs our mind. It leads us to become depressed or moody
or just not ourselves.
Sometimes meditating on particular concept repeatedly makes
impressions worse and makes our condition worse.

A work around this that I conceptualised is as follows. We should
imagine we are receiving a divine current of love from God or those
we love coming into our heart. We should then allow the current to
flow through out our heart out of our back carrying with it all our
waste, impressions or samskaras. That way receive love as a divine
blessing and the same love clears all our waste at the same time.
This removes the need for separate meditations for cleaning ourself
and receiving love or transmission.

There is evil and good in the universe as there is God and the Devil. It
is unknown why the Devil came to existence or why evil exists, but
truly there is good and there is evil as that can be seen in the
universe around us.
From the one God of Love who is Ishwara or as you name it there
come the many forces of God, known as the substrates. They are for
example Saraswathi the Godess of music and education. These are
referred to as functionaries.
Functionaries do not take human form but their energy may be
strong in certain humans and these are the avatars.
For example Rama is a Vishnu Avataar, as Vishnu is the preserver
and Rama came to preserve that which is sacred, that which is family.

rejuvenating or evolving for a stronger tomorrow or our soul is ready
to enter another body where we may evolve further.
We may suffer in life when we are on the wrong path with wrong
habits as it is God’s attempt to change us.
We mainly suffer in life so that this suffering leads to evolution of our
soul.
Desire:
1) Know that the first and foremost desire is to be with the one we
love and develop our love for them in a loving secure marriage. This
is always valid.
2) The second desire is to love and care for our chosen family,
children and close real friends.
Suffering can arise when we have conflicting desires, so we must
remember statement 1) always as our most important desire.

rate. The rate of love transfer is finite but infinitely expandable.
God is all powerful. Love is God. Love is all powerful. Love does not
know defeat. Maximising love, maximises power to protect your wife.
This works to any relation you are protecting.
Maximising the rate of love is a magical process, which requires

Personality is the reasoning we develop consciously in our existence
to help us make decisions. Personality is by definition in our control,
and can be changed by altering what we value and believe, our goals,
our philosophy and thought processes.
External interactions are made up of communications with others
and situations we experience as we exist in the universe around us.
External interactions can be viewed and interpreted differently by
our personality but we only have partial control over how these
interactions influence us. God decides on our external interactions in
order to develop our souls. Another way of looking at this is that our
innate survival instinct demands that we evolve by presenting us
with events of interaction to answer the adage of evolution as
survival of the fittest.
Emotion is what arises from our external interactions and
personality combining or clashing to present us with a feeling or
condition that we experience. Emotion can be from external

I have been considering this question for a long time. Is our destiny
fixed, and do we just march to God’s tune without any independence
and free will? Is our life just a story that was written at the dawn of
time, that we can only read in retrospect, i.e., that which we label the
past.
I propose a theory that those who have a soul have choice and are
responsible for their actions. Conversely, those that have choice have
a soul, and are responsible for their actions. If our story is fixed, then
we do not have choice, nor should we bear the consequences of our
actions.
My theory is that as we become independent, we make our own
choices and choose our own path. God along the way influences our
decisions while still preserving our free will.
God influences our decisions in many ways.. Sometimes there are
factors beyond our control in our life, and these are controlled by
God. These elements pay an important role in decision making while
still preserving our free will. Also, God influences us by setting up
life-changing moments that provide us with a new found goal to

strive for. It is up to us whether we accept this inspiration and
whether we choose to follow it.
Personally I had such an inspiration when I was 4, and I was having
my deformed nail surgically removed. I saw doctors in white coats
going around from patient to patient on a ward round, asking how
they were, and it was touching. It was touching because these highly
educated and trained individuals were showing such empathy
towards normal human beings, putting their ego aside. That image is
imprinted in my brain and is what drove me to enter medical school
and get a medical degree despite all the hurdles I faced.
But not everything is solely under God’s control. As we carry on with
our daily duties, we get tired. Lethargy cannot be fixed by rest and
food alone. The soul needs to be fed. This spiritual energy is obtained
by doing good things, loving those near and dear to you and
remembering God and those you love.
We can even influence those random events that are supposedly not
in our control by making a humble and loving submission to God. God
hears our prayers and answers those prayers which are best for our
development.
It is the interaction of God and human life that writes our destiny. I
will be so bold to say that there is no randomness that influences us,
and our lives are the result of humanity and the divine interacting;
the jeevathma (individual soul or human or animal) and the
paramathma (omnipresent soul or God).
I ask that those being troubled by the way their life is unfolding
should make an earnest prayer to God, do good service and love and
remember those that are dear to them. Their lives will inevitably
change. Om Ishwara.

Sometimes we work very hard to achieve that which is often beyond
our control. We wander aimlessly do this and that in order to achieve
something which we think is nearly impossible.
The following concept was given to be by my guru Babuji Maharaj.
I believe in order to achieve something we have little control over we
should increase our deservingness. We often get what we deserve
and if we want to get something exceptionally difficult we have to
increase our deservingness.
To do this we must do that which we can to help others. Sometimes
you have to be in a clear and positive mind to help others and this
requires meditation. Sometimes you can do service and this helps a
lot. Anything which we have to put our efforts wholeheartedly works
well. Donating to charity money that is not hard earned does very
little, if that’s all you do.
The deeper concept in this situation is to realise that the universe is
within us. To make the universe a better place we can make ourself
better through character development and meditation.

spiritual families.
A spiritual family involves choosing souls from the universe, often
with whom you’ve had a closer interaction. Once you have a group of
members in your spiritual family you should love them and they
become closer than your own family. This act of compassion will
increase your deservingness enormously and bring great joy to your
life.

I believe that in this world we have to develop our judgment. The
only way to do that is to make mistakes and learn from them. Of
course you can learn from the teaching of others, but in the end of the
day you have to evaluate that information and follow it only if you
feel that it is correct.
Then, questions are raised whether you should follow what your
family or partner or even guru say blindly. I humbly but strongly
believe that you can listen to what all have to say, but this advice has
to be critically evaluated before you follow it.
For example, your partner may love you and mean the best for you,
but they may have been unknowingly influenced by another and are
acting as a conduit of the advice of others. This means that although
they mean well, they may not be acting in your best interest.
The only way you will develop confidence in your own abilities is to
believe in yourself and make your own decisions.
True people say you should follow what God says, but God does not
speak, for God is only love. Praying to God will refine your judgment
and allow you to make good decisions for yourself in life.

Like is a feeling and maybe purely a feeling. In Telugu it is ishtam, in
Hindi it is ishq.
However, love is more than just a feeling. True, the pangs in your
heart are from the feeling of love. The strong happy feeling of
euphoria when you are with the one you love is also part of the
feeling of love. But there is more to love than just the above. Love,
like the atom, has different particles which are required for the
completeness of the atom.
Love requires truth and trust. Those in love should always want the
best for their partner. They should always be honest to each other,
otherwise love weakens. This is because love comes from the heart,
which needs the truth and trust to survive. Love is not about mind
games or fancy lies.
While love can be lost and created, love is not fleeting. Love is for the
long term and should ideally be eternal, but we all make mistakes so
love does not have to be permanent.
In the partnership of love, one should see each other as the highest
and beyond all else. Your partner and, of course, your own best

You should not worried about the opinion of others and only look out
for what is best for the partnership. Your partner should feel the

When you are together with your partner in the early stages, you
should exercise caution to make sure they are truly in love with you.
Once this is confirmed, there is no turning back. In today’s Kali yuga
where injustice, evil and lies predominate, it is paramount that you
are completely satisfied with your partner’s love before you commit.
Do not get taken for a ride or hoodwinked.
Love also implies a responsibility to care for your partner as if they
are your own family member.
It is this responsibility, feeling of love, trust, honesty, making the
partnership first preference that forms real love and a lasting
partnership. Be sure to test your partner out before you invest
heavily in a relationship.

The force that binds and keeps all particles together in the universe is
God, for he is the divine glue and that glue is only love. Thus
biological, physical and chemical and psychological force that binds is
God and only love.
It is love that is in every particle of this universe. For love has
attraction and that is the binding force. It’s what brings two people
together and also what keeps the universe together. Those trying to
reach God can do so by learning to love and developing their love.
This is best done by exploring and finding your ideal partner, and
loving them eternally with all your heart, whilst caring for your
family and friends and where your compassion takes you.

It is wonderful to know that love throughout the universe always
takes the form of God. That which is in every particle in the universe
and keeps the universe together is God, and God is only love.
Every being feels love and God, but they are the one and the same.
This once again shows the need for a direct connection with God
through love. There should be no middle men or pyramid systems
keeping you from God. That would be like having a middle man to
talk to your partner.

My thoughts from meditation led me to construct this hypothesis.
God created the universe and souls were formed in pairs. A pair of
souls have such an attraction that their existence is interwoven
forever. This is the concept of niranthara janta or eternal pairing,
Like the double helix, each strand of the souls twirl around each
other, only the distance between them widens and shortens.
Happiness for these souls is maximised is when they are at harmony
and together.
The strength of their polarity pushes all others away and keeps the
pair together. They are true soulmates and it is only one to one like
sita rama.
When we meet our eternal partner, we are filled with a sense of
magic, excitement and happiness. Every moment is etched in our
memories and these moments are what keeps us alive when we are
apart.
After finding our partner, we should pray and plan to be together
forever. Until we find our partner, we should pray to find them.

To maximise our happiness, we must be together with our eternal
partner. We can use secrets of raja yoga to attain oneness with our

Meditate with the thought that the two souls should be together
This is done with the aim of merging the two souls. This way,
separation of distance, caste, creed
etc. will be of no importance.
A second idea is that the partnership of souls should be one with God.
Merging the two souls is on the path to realizing oneness with God.
This I will call sarva manglayeshu dhari. It will bring you real
happiness eternally. I guarantee it

One may ask is God there to do good to the whole universe or the
individual. If God is there to do good for the multiple, then we may
not be able to surrender to him as he does not have our best interests
in heart. This is not true.
If the universe is happy around us, that will largely makes the
individual happy. If a collection of individuals are not happy, then
other individuals and the universe cannot be happy. This is because
God is in each individual and that part of God in the individual is
miraculously the full God in the whole universe. Therefore, the
universe is contained in the individual self, so we are all infinitely and
deeply connected.
In conclusion, when God acts on the best interests in the universe, he
is also acting on the best interests of the individual. Therefore,
surrendering to God is a great idea. This does not mean we lose our
free will. It just means we feel the full energy of God running through
us and our actions are for the good of the universe. We still have
choice in our daily lives.

I make the bold statement that even God does not know what the
future holds. The future is not fixed. God is the force of good that
ultimately aims to evolve the universe and its beings. God acts with
force, not thought. It is like the force that leads the river to the ocean.
If the river dries up, it rains again to form another river, and
continues to make its way to the ocean.
To reach the ocean fastest, we must be in tune with God so that we
are the center of the divine current.
God moves forward with infinite reservoirs of energy, but we can
only bear so much, so we receive only as much as we are capable of
withstanding.
What about astrology? Well just as the sun rises, we rise; it does not
mean the sun is predicting our awakening, but it occurs
simultaneously. Similarly, there is a complex interaction among all
the planets that exerts an influence on our life. But it is only an
influence. Just as people work night shift and sleep as the sun rises,
we can choose whether to follow these influences or not.

Depression, a spiritual perspective

Severe depression requires medication along with psychotherapeutic
measures. Mild to moderate depression may benefit from
psychotherapy alone. I want to discuss some psychotherapeutic
measures from a spiritual perspective.
Depression may be due to a hormonal imbalance needing medication.
However, other important reasons include depression from outside
circumstances, unnecessary worry, uncertainty arising from result
orientated behaviour or a random occurrence.
Much of depression can be avoided by understanding the following
simple philosophy and practicing techniques to reinforce this
philosophy, which is widely accepted by all religions.
The philosophy can be summed as below:
God is everywhere and in everything.
God is eternal
God is the ultimate force of good.
God wants our souls and the universe to evolve.
God only lets us live the best possible lives.

If this is true, why do we suffer? We suffer for two reasons. One, that
we may change our bad behaviour and two, that our souls may
evolve in the face of misery. As we habituate a bad behaviour, to
correct it, a punishment is required so that we may reassess the need
for this behaviour. Unfortunately, we may not see the connection
between our suffering and our bad actions, but when we do suffer, it
is a time for introspection and correction of negative tendencies.
So when se suffer at random, these sufferings evolve our soul and
bring us closer to God. To overcome depression and leave this
suffering we must maintain a positive outlook. This can be done by
praying to God, meditating to God and remembering God.
The following techniques maybe used.
In meditation, recite the name of God and be in absorbed in that
feeling (focus should not be on the name but the feeling it induces).
Also meditate imagining divine light in your heart.
In meditation, feeling and attuning yourself with divine vibrations
(this can take time to achieve).
Meditating to classical music or music that invokes divinity.
Meditating in a natural environment.
Meditating in a holy place, regardless of your religious affiliation.
Feeling all your actions are being carried out by the divine, and you
are an instrument of His action.
Talking to God and expressing your feelings. God listens and shows
that he listens by changing the way you think, feel and act so that you
may get the answers to your own questions. However, he does not
talk back directly, and imaginary voices may lead you astray.
Becoming absorbed in the divine dissociates the mind and heart from
depressive tendencies and eventually, we wonder why we were ever

depressed in the first place. This does not require concentration, as
the mind rebels when we force into on a topic. However, to feel
divinity and be absorbed in the state out of sheer joy will lead to

Samskara – mental programming

Samskara is a fairly complicated concept that, when understood, can
lead to freedom of the mind.
As we live our lives, we develop goals, desires, attachments, a large to
do list and many so called responsibilities. These things form
impressions on our life and slowly start dictating our thoughts and
actions. Our persistent thoughts on the above issues lead them to be
ingrained in our subconscious, so we unconsciously act towards the
fulfillment of our artificial needs. Soon, our daily lives and behaviour
are controlled by none other than our samskaras. Our thinking
becomes stale, and we no longer have an open mind or fresh outlook
on things. This hampers our creativity.
However, samskaras are necessary for our existence in the minimal
form. Here they reflect our identity and major goals in our life. We
must return to that simplicity where we have just a handful of things
that are important. This way, the majority of our thinking processes
are uncluttered, creative and fresh. We break free from the mental
programming and start making our own decisions without influence.

To remove samskaras, an osmotic process can be used. Here, we
connect to God by putting our attention on the divine, universal, allpervasiveness that is God. God is a current of pure good energy. By
being in connection with the source that is pure, all our samskaras
leave us and dissolve into God. This can be thought of like the
equalisation of concentration gradients in osmosis. To aid this
process, we use our will to suggest that all our complexities and
unnecessary attachments and desires are leaving us.
Other ways to increase the osmotic effect are to go to a house of God
(temple, church, mosque, etc.) or a pure place in nature, and meditate
on God. Also, meditating on devotional music can also be helpful.
However, it is advised that you medicate on God and not a demigod
with particular domain. Otherwise, your desire on that particular
domain will increase the complexities with regards to that domain.
This is just for the cleaning process.
Cleaning is often required when we feel robotic and lose simplicity
or perspective on the greater meaning of life.

Good karma or punya as currency

When one does good deeds, he or she does not need to worry about
payment for that deed. Appreciation comes from the divine, as God
himself will give that person punya so that good will happen to him
or her. This punya is currency that accumulates and does many
beneficial things for us. It can only be used by us and is not taken
away before it is used. It is like the universal currency. When one
does good deeds for free or without complete compensation, the
remainder is paid for by God.
At the same time, we should charge a fair rate for our work doing
charity where we can. Also, all payments to us come from God, and if
they come through individuals it is because these individuals are the
pipeline network of God.
The idea that we are punished for bad deeds is false. Negative
consequences come to us to show us the way to good. It is just a
cause of change, so if we have already changed, we do not suffer the
negative consequences of our bad actions.

Humans are essentially good and pure people, because humans have
a soul and the soul is a spark of divinity, which is itself good and pure.
Therefore, given some element of random behavior humans should
choose right over wrong most of the time.
There is a need to evolve so humans can choose right even if wrong
is thrust into their face. This is exactly what happens as the
boothathma or evil conscience weakens the human mind and
influences the mind towards vice over virtue. Our evolution and
survival depend on humanity being strong and saying no to these
influences so that we always choose right over wrong. The more we
make the correct choice the more this process becomes habituated
and less the evil spirit can affect us.
All in this universe is a creation of God, and therefore, so is this evil
spirit. It was created to test humanity so that we may grow stronger.
The energy of the evil spirit grows as the forces of dharma and
righteousness regress with the flow of yuga after yuga.

In the current Kali yuga the effect if the evil spirit is at its highest.
This gives us the greatest opportunity to evolve, but it is often the
period of greatest suffering. The burden in the hearts of humanity is
felt the most during this period, and a solution is necessary.
A public health approach is needed, and this implies humanity on a
whole praying to come closer to God so that humanity is less
influenced by the evil spirit. This comes through meditation on God
by all of humanity. People shoudmeditate on God in the singular, allprevailing form. One should also pray for the evolution of humanity
as a whole, so that we may be strengthened in the face of adversity.
We should definitely go beyond praying for ourselves alone and at
least pray for a spiritual family we have formed. The spiritual family
is a group of individuals that we care about deeply, although they do
not need to be our actual family.
There needs to be a mass effort in praying to God for the oneness and
evolution of humanity, so that our inner soul may express the innate
goodness and purity it has.

Furthermore, in every part, there is the complete God. God is the

Lord Krishna says that all that happens is for our own good.
Yet, all that we do is by our own choice and this is the ultimate
freedom God gives us, that of a soul with free will.
So if we are free to choose our actions, then why are the results of
our actions not affecting us. If we were to make a mistake, then we
should suffer the consequences, but we don’t because all that
happens is for our own good and not just the result of our actions.
This disproves the theory of karma, as the all benevolent God only
lets us lead the best possible life for our evolution.
This also disproves the idea that we live in cycles: performing an
action, suffering the consequences, and performing another action.
We are not a robot of karma, and all that happens is for the evolution
of the soul so that it may be centered with the all prevailing divine.
Therefore, have faith in the divine.

As someone successful in my career I often want to excel to the
utmost and spend all my time in the pursuit of career glory. I was
reading the mandukya upanishad and it says being one with god is
the ultimate greatness. Seeking god in the cave of your heart leads to
the clarification of all doubts, heals the fettered heart and leads to
true greatness.
The thirst for knowledge and training can only be quenched by
knowing and seeking the divine. Knowing the divine allows us to
know all knowledge both high and low.
I thought of doing many degrees and much research to attain career
success, but after realizing that merging with the divine is much
greater than all of these, I thought that I should enjoy life, meditate
and have meaningful family relationships.

The subjectivity of time

While time by definition constantly lapses at the same speed
(ignoring when approaching the speed of light), the individual’s
perception of time is rather subjective.
An instant can last a life time, yet a life time can pass by in an instant.
As we are doing work we enjoy time goes faster, and as we do work
we hate or when we are bored, time inches by.
The magic of love and being with a special person at a certain instant
is unbelievable. At that instant, time seems to stand still, and it feels
like an eternity. We remember such instants forever, perfectly, with
all of our senses , including the feelings and conditions present at that
time. Our decisions in the future are based on such instants. At death
we only recollect those instants, as our life reels by like a cinema.
Therefore, it is wise to cultivate such instants so that they add to the
magic of one’s life. These moments can be cultivated by meditating,
being romantic, philosophising, helping people, and in general being
positive.
I hope you all have many such instants and you should try to recall
such memories in order to strengthen them.

Time can only go forward. Is this true? By definition, time ought to
only go forward. If society were to suddenly go 2000 years back in
time and every one was to live as if it were Christ’s time, this would
not be going back in time, it would be society stuck at zero AD The
actual date would still be 2010 AD, even if everyone strongly believed
it was zero AD.
Time waits for no one and is always n, n+1 etc. It is the accurate
chronicler of the universe and how we may measure it can vary.
The moral is that you should never waste time, and time is far more
valuable than money.

Confiding our wishes in God

The issue of desire or wish fulfillment is treated negatively by some
philosophies. When asking God what we want, we often ask for the
most important ones at the cost of other less important ones.
Buddhism states desires lead to suffering and rebirth. Is desire really
a bad thing?
Some do not need to wish, as they may be more evolved or just plain
and simple, thus having no need for desire. But want also drives
human life, and it is this desire that leads to goal formation, ambition
and drive.
So when we are confronted with desires, why do we sometimes hide
them from God and not speak freely with them to God. Sure, some are
just frivolous, but others are not and there may be many nonfrivolous desires. We should practice speaking to God regularly, but
be warned that God does not speak back; if you think God will speak
back, you may misinterpret God’s messages. God shows the way and
improves our understanding so we reach the conclusion ourselves or
with the help of others.

When we speak with God, we should really pour our hearts out, as he
is listening. Regular meditation on God will keep you close to the
divine current. This will help you understand the answers to your
questions. Also meditation, either fulfills the wants faster or they lose
importance faster, and either way, you increase the active forces that
bring you resolution.
God is in you as he is in others, so speaking about our problems to
those we trust deeply will help you as well. Communication of our
problems with meditation on God or the divine energy is vital to
human growth and development, and will lead to a healthy soul,
mind and body.

Required evolution of language and the mind
to comprehend divinity

Today’s language is not adequate to fully understand the divinity. It is
not just the language, but the way that humanity thinks and perceives
in the modern day. Often, no words can describe what is essentially
true.
For example, within God is the universe and each being’s soul, but
within the soul is God and the universe. How can one understand that
inside the atom is the universe which itself contains more atoms? It is
like inside the fruit of the tree is the tree itself in seed form. It is also
like how the complete structure of a person can be replicated from a
single cell in the body of that person.
Understanding such notions requires meditation. That is how the
Upanishads were derived from meditation.
Try to visualise how the centre of one’s soul can be aligned with the
centre of God when all of God is contained within the soul and all of
the soul is contained within God. Truly amazing, but we cannot but
ponder over these

Listening to the inner voice

In my experience, the soul or God does not a have a verbal voice, but
the feeling conveyed by such can be felt and used to influence our
actions. These feeling have to be felt, and at the same time separated
from the thoughts of evil that are there to test us (see earlier post).
Instead of taking on board and implementing every opinion from all
and sundry, one must listen to the inner voice. All opinions of others
that we consider as important should be checked by our soul. A
simple way of doing this is to measure the opinion according to the
values we hold dear, perhaps consulting those we hold dear, but
always checked by ourselves.
One should not care what others think about oneself, as they may
intend to harm, or they themselves may have been misled. If they
were correct and thinking for your benefit, then it can be checked
again with what we believe at the core of our heart before we accept
or act upon such thoughts.
This practice will develop self-confidence and leadership, and our
mistakes will be due to our own shortcomings and not of others’. This
adds a deep sense of responsibility and individuality to our lives.

Liberation is defined as an end to the cycle of rebirth and the
mergingof our soul into God. It infers that there is differentiation
between the soul and God, and that a union will occur. It falls under
what some call dwaitha philosophy.
The soul is a spark of the divine and from fullness, fullness comes, so
in the soul is all of God. We only need to realize that our soul contains
God and we are no different from God as the part contains the whole
and the whole contains the part.
If all that is required is a realization of this fact and integrating this
fact in our daily lives, then liberation is not necessary.
Some argue that liberation is desirable in order to end rebirth and
the associated suffering. As discussed previously, suffering is just a
condition instilled to change the direction of our path, or it occurs so
that the condition of our soul may evolve further. Even if the cycle of
rebirth was to end, the soul is still required to evolve so the soul may
still suffer even when it is outside the body.

It would be better if we were to carry out our existence on this
planet, the karma bhoomi, sharing our time with our spiritual and
filial family in the company of our partner. In this togetherness, we
can face any suffering in a much stronger way, and our shared
experiences will teach us how to sacrifice and care for one another.
We can then derive a real form of bliss from our existence.
Our love for partner and family brings us together birth after birth
and keeps us united, for change only happens for our betterment.

Beauty vs personality a perspective from
palmistry

A slight deviation from spirituality in the true sense.
If the heart line ends on the mount Saturn, then that individual will
prefer a beautiful partner, whereas if the heart line ends on the
mount Jupiter, then the individual will prefer someone based on
personality. This may be a fifty-fifty split in the population from my
palmistry experiences.
For me, my heart line ends on mount Saturn, and I am supposed to
prefer beauty. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Well,
alternatively you could say it is my preference of beauty as I see it. I
propose an alternative view.
Those that prefer beauty (or well, for me anyway), I see the person
and depending on the vibe I get based on looking into their eyes, I
understand their soul and can evaluate their character.
Those that prefer personality observe the future partner’s actions
and develop an understanding of the partner’s personality. Or they
may base that understanding on information gathered from others.
So one may say that those who prefer beauty are only skin deep or
artificial, but I argue that they may be going the deepest and

In the Upanishads, the guru is one that you study with to discover the
divine knowledge and become
closer to the divine. A prayer is sent that there may be no conflict and
that there may be much discovery if divinity.
A guru need not be some wise person in the mountains. Nor by this
definition does the guru need to be more spiritually elevated. All that
is required is co-operation and thirst for divinity. It would be
preferred if that person was with you throughout your life and would
cooperate with you freely. In my opinion, someone highly capable of
fulfilling that role is your partner.
The two of you could form a divine partnership, a niranthara janta
(see earlier post) that is eternally together in spirit. The both of you
would serve as partners in the pursuit of divinity, and due to mutual
understanding and commonalities and the time you spend together,
boundless divinity can be achieved.

God is also in that which is false. Falsity creates an illusion or Maya in
the minds of humanity. This Maya in the individual creates an effect
that leads to change. It may be a divine instrument to cause change in
an individual. It may also be a stage or phase that we need to pass
through to find the final destination which is the truth. Discovering
the truth after coming from falsity makes us appreciate the truth
more.

The evil spirit is not actually evil, but a good way for us to understand
the concept behind its existence. It is a force which negatively
influences people to do bad things or make mistakes. These actions
often have negative consequences, which lead to suffering. The
influence from the evil spirit may be excessive greed or lust or
confusion about right or wrong. So it goes on…
Is not God in this evil spirit also? Yes, because the purpose of this
booth is to test us and act as a
stressor so that we may evolve. That is the reason why creation
happened, for the evolution of all souls. So it is a necessary evil.
We must overcome it by first discerning the difference between right
and wrong and consistently choosing right. We must act with
compassion and treat all God’s creatures and creations as our own.
We must not torment others and work to alleviate the sufferings of
others.
By meditating on God and aligning our centre with God’s centre, we
can evolve fastest and be least effected by the booth. By being in
constant remembrance of the divine thought and feeling the divine
vibration of God, we can easily differentiate between right and wrong
and do that which is good and beneficial.

We should speak the truth or nothing at all. When one utters a lie,
one adds to the veils of Maya by creating illusion. God is beyond
illusion and thus truth is next to godliness and close to reality.
However, speaking the truth is considered to be an action which has
an effect. If the circumstances do not need the effect of the spoken
truth, then it should not be said, but a lie should not replace it. If the
truth when said will do harm it is better to not say the truth.
It also wrong not to believe that which is real or the truth. It is,
however, up to us to discriminate between that which is true and
false.

That which is the spiritual family is not just the husband or wife or
children, but may be a part of it. The spiritual family is a group of
souls that you pray for whenever you pray to God or a functionary of
God. They are the people whom you freely choose to share your
spiritual blessings.
Select these people wisely and your prayer will form close
relationships with them. They will protect you when you are in need
and give you satisfaction and a sense of responsibility and belonging
to the world. These members of your spiritual family may not be
related to you, but by your choice will be the ones you look out for
and in time, those who look after you.
Maintain your spiritual family as you maintain your bonds of blood,
for your spiritual family will be with you this life and the next and for
an eternity.

Niranthara Janta refers to the pairing of two individual sparks or
souls that will be together forever on the path to realisation of God
and continual evolution. When these souls meet, there may be an
instant which lasts an eternity that, with the aid of God, will keep
them together forever.
They are to share in suffering and enjoyment, and one will be truly
happy when one finds one’s other in this existence. No matter what
our thoughts are, these two sparks will keep meeting each other till
they are settled together.
In marriage, these sparks will be together, but this is the union of two
souls for an eternity.

One wonders: if there is only one God, how can Hinduism prescribe
the worship of so many different Gods? A solution and likely the truth
is that these demigods are rulers of their domain. In that sense, it is
like when you put God through a filter or view him with a mask on,
you get God’s energy purified in a certain form. For example, if the
filter of learning knowledge and music is applied, then one sees God
as Saraswathi Devi but by worshipping Saraswathi Devi you are only
worshipping God in purified manner.
This is a tool that an individual may use when in need of God’s
blessings in a specific field. It should not, however, be used
constantly, as God is the true goal that can bring us to that stage
where our lives are best lived. This is because we cannot predict
what we need in our lives, and we would be praying to many many
Gods to reach a happy life. We would also be diverting our thoughts
to the many and be away from the omnipresent.

The Soul

The soul is the individual spark of life that can make decisions.
However, the essence and every part of the spark is God for the
paramatma is in the jeevatma, and conversely the jeevatma is made
of the very essence of the paramatma.
This means not only is my soul in my body, but my soul is part of God
and God is everywhere. This leads to my soul being everywhere also.
The full comes from the full, and as the full divides into other fulls, all
fulls are essentially full.
This means we should not hurt the fellow being as we are only
hurting God and indirectly ourselves. This is a rather selfish way of
looking at things, but might appeal to the selfish people of today.
All souls are sparks of God, and are equal. There is no discrimination
between caste or creed or religion or gender or whatever. All souls
are equal.

Meditation

Meditation regulates the mind and offers harmony so that the heart
may blossom. Meditation bring our centre closer to God’s centre.
While God does not speak to us so that we may not misunderstand
him, he influences us such that our actions, minds and feelings are
true. This can only be done when we are centred (our centre in God’s
centre).
The food of the soul is divine energy or pranahuthi and is obtained by
meditating on God. To bring the idea of God to the heart, one can
remember the name (Om Ishwara) or visualise the divine light. The
action of bringing the idea should not be constantly repeated but we
must stay within that state which the idea brings, so not be grossed
out by any one ritual.
It takes time and practice and so, whenever we close our eyes, we go
to the natural state of meditation and we feel the vibrations of God.
Soon, we feel these vibrations during our existence and in our day to
day lives. Our decisions and actions become perfect. We stop
worrying unnecessarily and make the best use of our time. Thus,
meditation brings us closer to God (note: it is our centre which
becomes closer to God’s centre) and helps us live our life to the
fullest.

God as a river or current

God can be described as a mighty force that moves forward. This
force perfects everything in it, including the universe. It is this
evolutionary force that our hearts and mind have to tap into.
The current flows fastest at the centre, and if we are closest to the
centre of this force, we will evolve faster. We can only be fully
centred by remembrance or dhyanam. By remembering God and
acknowledging him, we move closer to the centre of God and feel his
vibrations more strongly.
We stop seeing the petty things of day to day existence and start
seeing that which is real and which we must hold dear.
We must be living a life that would best serve the purpose of God so
his creation continues growing harmoniously.

God – Ishwara

In sanskrit if God were to have a name it would be Ishwara, but to
describe God as only the giver of wishes is incorrect and far from the
wonderful truth.
From the upanishads in this universe, there is only matter and spirit,
as in a human body, there is only matter (flesh) and spirit (soul).
Both matter is real and spirit is real and to deny either one is to live
in maya.
God pervades through every infinitesimal particle in the universe and
is the collective consciousness that Jung talks about. He is all, both
matter and space. In the stone, there is God and in the heart of a
human, there is God.
When humans realise that they are not separate from the universe
and that they are connected, their suffering will end for they will not
perceive suffering as theirs anymore.
The fallacies of maya and illusion arise when humans see themselves
as separate to God. Those that think we are on the path towards
merging into God are also technically incorrect. For God is
everywhere eternally, it is just in our perception that we think we are
separate to God.

Kalki Avatar will be the Kala Purusha of Kali Yuga. He will be the
amalgamation of Shiva and Vishnu, |shivaaya vishnuaaya kalki

He will be born when all souls will be in darkness. He will be born
into a family of highly developed souls as the son of Bhoo Devi who is
Mother Earth.
In Kalki’s time people will speak and listen with words and thoughts.
He will bring on the new Sathya Yuga that will last an eternity. Sathya
Yuga will be a safe place that nurtures goodness and love allowing
relationships and families to blossom and strengthen.
Sathya Yuga will lead to the evolution of all souls such that Gods
creations will be eternally happy.
