•Phase 1a residential is 99% leased
•Retail is 80% leased
Developer’s Leasing Activity
 Holy Grail, Johnny Rockets, Toby Keith, and
Police Welcome Center open and operating.
 The Tin Roof and Crave are finalizing permits and
preparing to start construction.
 Mahogany’s lease is executed; project is in
design phase.
 Lease executed with The Wine Guy; design is
underway.
 Ruth’s Chris is designing their space; construction
anticipated to begin second quarter 2012.
