Keys to success in EIT ICT Labs Master School





Arrive on time in the beginning of the semester.
Prepare to study full-time.
Follow the curriculum.
Abide by the universities’ regulations and statutes.
Be proactive and independent in search for information – there
are always people here to help you, but encouraging students to
be independent and take responsibility is part of the core
ideology of Finnish universities.
 Be an active respondent to any feedback surveys sent to you
and participate in the development of the programme.

 Should any problems occur…
 Notify your study coordinator immediately of any changes in
circumstances which may affect your ability to follow the
programme (i.e. you get sick and miss an exam and have to
retake it, or you must suddenly leave home for personal
reasons etc.)
 And if necessary, see a doctor immediately! Not only for your
own health and wellbeing, but also because notifications in
retrospective (“I was so sick last semester that I couldn’t attend
the courses”) don’t help.
