Classic Sushi – IMPORTANT Thawing & Storage Instructions
Thawing Instructions:
Cold Water: Submerge sealed vacuum bag in cold running water for 60 minutes.
Refrigerator: Open vacuum bag. Remove Sushi and place in a single layer on sheet pan.
Cover and thaw in refrigerator for 12 hours. Additional time may be required to fully thaw.
Safe Handling Instructions:
Keep frozen at 0 F (-18°C) or below at all times until ready to use. Do not refreeze product if
partially or completely thawed. Once thawed, product must be held refrigerated (33 - 40°F) at
all times prior to use. When stored covered in the refrigerator, product has a shelf life of up to
four days. For best results use the product within 24 hours after thawing. Do not store thawed
sushi in unopened vacuum bag.
