exchange operated in partnership with
the states
• Approximately 50% of the job openings
on AJB come up from state systems,
while the other 50% are entered in AJB
directly by businesses
• AJB is a free public resource for both

Association sites provide a different interface
on AJB for specific targeted audiences.
Current association sites include:
• DoD Job Search - A site developed
specifically for transitioning military to help
them find civilian employment. It
contains a special military resume writer
that helps translate their military
experience into civilian terms and provides
a place for businesses who like to hire exmilitary a place to post their jobs.
