NAHQ - HQCB Relationship
• NAHQ sponsors the Healthcare Quality Certification Board
(HQCB). NAHQ Members receive a discounted rate for the CPHQ
examination. CPHQs receive a NAHQ membership discount.

• 15 pretest questions (not included in final score)
• Computer based testing with instant pass/fail
• 3 hours allotted to complete exam

• RECALL (32%): Test of specific facts & concepts
• APPLICATION (50%): Requires candidate to interpret or
to apply information to a situation

HQCB office, starting 6 months
prior the expiration date, but it
is still YOUR responsibility to
