Term is broadly used on the Internet Some eR vendors call themselves portals Some LRMS vendors call themselves portals So What’s a Portal? Today’s session is focused on statewide cooperative efforts, sponsored by County Recorders (or their state association) that attempt to provide a single point of entry for eRecording in their state.
