Buying and Inventory Management

















Managing the sourcing process, inventory planning and maintaining the ideal Inventory levels, monitoring the
stock & Supply Chain Management.(S.C.M).
Plan the annual buying requirements for the brands by calculating buying budget in line with Historical data and market
trends, collecting information on customer profile, identifying slow and fast moving items, and forecasting future buying
requirements in collaboration
Place orders based on the buying plan and ensure merchandise is delivered as per the plan based on the agreed service
level agreement
Implement financial and credit services agreements with vendors to maximise profit and positively contribute to cash
flow, follow up on Credit Notes/ Advertising spend and others from Brand Principals.
Track merchandise transportation from supplier ensure smooth flow of goods
Liaison with Supplier’s Customer Service team for shipments and after sales services for the region
Liaising with the Manufacturers/Suppliers, for Order placing, and delivery schedules for proper inflow/supply of
goods.
Analyze the brand performance and setting in advance plans to maintain the good performance and to rectify
any shortfall.
Responsible for stock management across boutiques, activities concerning supplies, returns and transfer of
merchandise.
Reviewing stock sells out and devises strategies for timely supply of the right product mix to the outlets.
Follow the reverse logistics guidelines to send the faulty/damaged goods back to the vendor
Responsible for OTB creation based on Sales Expectations, Business Objectives & Future Expansion Plan.
