SMS text sent to every patient on our register asking for representative for our PPG. Surgery email address given for the
patients to reply.

Currently we are running a virtual PPG via email but are looking to start face to face meetings shortly

The virtual PPG was set up in December 2014

Members of the PPG emailed regarding our appointment system and that they sometimes have to wait a week for an appointment.

We continuously review our appointment system to see where improvements can be made.

our registered patients we have tried to reach all ages and ethnic groups

we have only discussed our appointment system

continually reviewing the appointment system and doing time and motions studies new plans are going into place.
