Poster in waiting rooms and now new page on our website encouraging membership (males and females) We placed an article in the local newspaper (Coningsby And Tattershall newsletter) Last year we were all female, so we have had 2 males joining the group this year. We now have a member on our PPG who is the Families officer at the base 2. Review of patient feedback Outline the sources of feedback that were reviewed during the year: Questionnaire devised by the PPG, put out in November and collated at the end of February (attached) Questions and emails addressed to members of the PPG were raised at PPG meetings (or passed to the Practice Manager if urgent) How frequently were these reviewed with the PRG? Reporting Template (Annex C) Page 6 Progress on previous years If you have participated in this scheme for more than one year, outline progress made on issues raised in the previous year(s): The introduction of an automated telephone system in 2013 was slow to take off, but is now a popular feature. Again, this was to address the problem of patients not attending for appointments. A wall chart with simple flow chart. ‘so you need to make an appointment’ was displayed in the waiting area.
