board certified in otolaryngology and has completed a fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology. The practice consists of
eight physicians in seven locations throughout the Atlanta area, differentiating us as the largest private, non-academic

Practice Executive Administrator
Recruited to provide leadership over all aspects of the business for seven locations, eight physicians and 79 employees
that include advanced practice providers, audiologists, a billing manager, site managers, operations manager, and team
leaders, as well as other administrative personnel. Collaborate with the CPA to manage financials and reporting /

One of the first and largest most comprehensive non-hospital based sleep disorders center in the region for sleep disorder
evaluations and management.
Chief Operating Officer
Recruited to lead strategies to secure independence from the parent management company. Relocated center to
Maumee and expanded from a 7-bedroom testing facility to 12-bedroms in 2005. Contracted physicians to put all
services under one roof. Managed hiring, training and the development of employees in addition to daily practices of
patient care, facility management, human resources, healthcare compliance, and employee relations. Prepared budgets
and generated quarterly reports for the Board of Directors. Led downsizing of company in 2012 due to changes in the
industry and industry move toward home sleep testing.
