Not to say that the CL&F should not apply! There should be a balance struck between the required effort and adherence to the guidelines. Sharing a common, professional UW look and feel; – Yes, but with efforts! Supporting accessibility by embracing W3C standards; – Need to be provided by application. Easing the job of content providers; – Generally more effort. Move UW-wide web changes into place more easily. – Doesn’t apply in application environment.
