Alliteration & Assonance
 Poets, authors, and song writers use these as
tools.
 Educated people recognize and appreciate
these.
 These have to do with repeating word
sounds.
Alliteration
 Repetition of initial consonant sound.
 A consonant is not a vowel.
Example
