be accepted
Participants must be aged 18 years or over
The FREE Cisco Access Point will be an equivalent to the lowest price Access Point purchased. For Example: 2x AIR-LAP1142N-E-K9 and 1x
WAP200-UK, customer will receive a FREE WAP200-UK. Should all 3 Access Points be the same, the FREE Access Point will be the same as
those purchased
A maximum of 5 FREE Access Points can be claimed per customer
A maximum of 5 FREE Access Points can be claimed per partner invoice
Campaign available while stocks last on Eligible Products only
Eligible Products must be originally sourced from an approved UK Distribution partner

Shipments outside the qualifying period are not eligible.
Cisco ‘Small Business’ Price Supported (DART) business will be included
Cisco ‘Classic’ Price Supported (DSA) business will NOT be included
Sales to any local or central government organisations, or any organisation directly or indirectly receiving or benefiting from any form of
state or government aid, or any individuals employed by the same are not eligible under this campaign.
All Prizes are subject to availability and there is no cash or other prize alternative available, in whole or in part. . Where permitted by law,
Cisco reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value, should the original Prizes become unavailable due to circumstances beyond
its control.
Cisco will dispatch the FREE Access Point within 8 weeks of the campaign end date. Claimants will be notified by email no later than fourteen
working days after the end of the promotional period. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Cisco will record all claimants & Access Points awarded
All hardware must be invoiced & shipped within the campaign dates

Claim forms must be submitted to Cisco by end of day Friday 10th August 2012. Forms received after this date will not be eligible for the
offer
Cisco reserves the right to refuse customers onto this campaign. Contact your Cisco Partners Account manager for further information
Products purchased to qualify for this promotion may not be returned to Cisco except by a valid RMA where the product is concluded by Cisco
to be faulty. In the case where a product has been returned and reimbursed via RMA, Cisco reserve the right to cancel the promotion reward
if the resulting eligible goods purchase value is below the prize threshold.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by Cisco’s negligence or for any other liability that cannot be
excluded by applicable law.
IN NO EVENT WILL CISCO BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST DATA, REVENUE OR PROFIT, OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL,
INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF
OR INABILITY TO USE A PRIZE, EVEN IF CISCO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL CISCO'S
LIABILITY UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE A PRIZE EXCEED THE MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER’S
SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE FOR THE PRIZE.
The campaign is not open to employees of Cisco, any contractors or agents of Cisco, or anyone professionally involved in the administration
of this campaign.
Cisco reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and to modify or cancel the campaign at anytime without notice
and without any liability to Cisco. This Campaign is not combinable with any other program, promotion or offer without Cisco’s prior written
consent.
