Topic: Contributions to Food Chemistry Presentation
Class Starter:
1. Team Leaders: Pass out journals.
2. Review your journal score sheets and progress reports.
(Turn in your journals in the basket if you have missing
assignments or were absent on Friday.)
3. Power up your computers and prepare to present to the
class.
Activities:
1. Teams of Two: Student presentations
2. Individual Students: Complete the Self-Evaluation for your
presentation if you haven’t already
3. Read the Summary on P. 30.
4. Assignment: Chapter 1 Review
5. Heads-up: Open book/notes test on Wednesday
Homework: Complete the CH 1 Review. Turn in your signed progress report
tomorrow for 5 extra credit points.
