PCBS and DevInfo
 In 2004, the start point with DevInfo in Occupied Palestinian
Territory (oPt).
 In 2005, PNA and UN agencies working in oPt, signed MoU
to use DevInfo as tool to monitoring the MGDs.
 In the period 2005-2009, PCBS team trained around 400
persons from PNA ministries; 30 persons from NGOs and
academic institutions; 12 persons from UN agencies working
in oPt.
 Addendum to the training system to build databases using
DevInfo: PCBS team started to customize DevInfo tool to the
national surveys such as the Health survey for the years (1996,
2000, 2004, 2006),in addition to the MDGS database (Pal
Info) and PCBS Info by end of 2010.

Public Targeted
 Sending press release to all PCBS stakeholders when lunching
CensusInfo.
 Since most potential users of the CensusInfo are our national
stakeholders (Arabic-speakers) and as the 6th version of
DevInfo did not support the Arabic language when it was
launched in mid-2009. PCBS was able in December 2009 to
support the interface in Arabic.
Accordingly, it will be during the first half of 2010 training
sessions for users on the use of the data base.
