Tom Redl
Mr. Redl is President and Chief Executive Officer of Chandos Construction Ltd. an Alberta-based
construction company with offices in Edmonton, Calgary and Red Deer that provides an integrated suite
of construction services tailored to maximize value for each client. He joined Chandos Construction Ltd.
in 1998 following several years in the commercial real estate development business. Mr. Redl holds a
Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a graduate of the Harvard
Business School Owner/President Management Program. He has completed the Harvard Authentic
Leadership Development Program and a seminar on Creating and Managing Boards in Private
Companies. Mr. Redl holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, is a Director
of Chandos Construction Ltd., Acorn Communities Ltd. and a past Board Chair of the Citadel Theatre and
former member of the United Way Campaign Cabinet. Tom is currently the Board Chair of Edmonton
Airports, as well as Board Chair of Redl Kitchens, a family business.
John Radostits
Mr. Radostits has been involved in numerous businesses over the years. After joining his family’s IGA
grocery business in 1992, he helped grow the business to become the largest franchisee of Sobeys in
Canada. Mr. Radostits sold his grocery business in 2011 back to Sobeys and is now part owner of
Hudsons Taphouse. He is also currently working on several private equity investments.
Mr. Radostits is married (Michelle) and has two children (Ryan and Piper). He received a BCom degree
from the University of Calgary in 1991.
Naseem Bashir
Mr. Bashir is President and Chief Executive Officer of Williams Engineering Canada and Chairman of the
Board for the Williams Group of Companies. Naseem currently serves as is a Director with the
Edmonton International Airport Board and is an Executive with the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD)
Edmonton Chapter. He has served on the Stollery Children’s Hospital Board of Trustees where during
his last year he served as Vice-Chair of the Board. Naseem is also an active member of the Young
Presidents Organization (YPO) Alberta.
In 2012, Naseem received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal and was recognized as one of
the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology’s (NAIT) Top 50 Alumni in 50 Years. Outside of work and
committees, Naseem and his wife Anna are kept busy with their three children.
