New £750m Shoreditch development centred around remains of Shakespearean theatre- A massive
£750m development in east London is being built on top of the remains of a Shakespearean theatre. In the same year marking the

Geronimo Inns to open two London pubs as part of Berkeley Homes partnership- Geronimo Inns is to open two
new London pubs this month as part of a partnership with Berkeley Homes. Representing a combined £3.3m investment for the
Young’s- owned pub group, the new sites will be Leman Street Tavern in Whitechapel and the guard House in Woolwich.

Camerons Brewery secures £30m to fund 40 new pubs- North east brewer and pub operator, Camerons Brewery has
secured a £30m funding package from HSBC to allow it to expand its portfolio with 40 new pubs. Once the acquisitions are
complete, the company will have 110 pubs in total within its pub estate. The £30m funding package will also be used to support
plans to release six new lines of beer, to invest in its brewhouse, and to develop its bottling plant.
Brend Hotels to invest £2m in Barnstaple hotel revamp - Brend Hotels is to invest £2m to modernise the 40-bed Park
Hotel in Barnstaple, Devon. The plans for the hotel include a new Brasserie Restaurant, a conference room, terrace lounge and
fitness suite. The project will also add ten additional bedrooms and five suites. The bedrooms will be refurbished and equipped with
new 40inch Smart TVs and high-speed wi-fi connections.
Bouygues lands £90m Bristol Arena job- Bristol City Council has told Bouygues UK that it will sign a contract with the
firm for a planned indoor arena to be built next to Temple Meads railway station. The contractor was told on Friday it had won the
12,000 seat arena project, subject to the usual 10-day standstill period, according to Enquirer sources. It marks a major coup for
Bouygues in the south west, after beating rival bids from BAM Construction, Buckingham Group, Laing O’Rourke and Sir Robert
McAlpine.

McCue Marine secures contract to remaster the grills on Cunard’s Queen
