BOOK ORDERS DUE WEDNESDAY! If you are interested and could, please
consider placing an order. It is a wonderful, inexpensive way for you to build your
child’s library while helping to build ours. Scholastic doubles and triples points
depending on the order total. If we get 250$ in total orders I’ll pitch in the last 50$
and our class gets 10,000 points to spend on books!!! Send a check made to

We will celebrate the wonderful works of Kevin Henkes on Friday after a 2 week
long study of his work as readers. We will soon begin to study him as a writer as
well. We will have a fun filled day FRIDAY 9/19. If you would like to help by
donating craft items or small food items please write me a note, email or call!

Who recycles?? WE DO!!! Have any of these things at your house that you want to
get off your hands? We will take them! We could always use the following: books,
small toys for treasure box, iPod 3 or 4 chargers/blocks, magazines, educational
games, addition or subtraction flash cards, scrabble tiles, craft items, paper goods
(from past parties), watercolors
