Criteria of using vouching as a financial guarantee for goods transport minimum time of execution of necessary documents utilising the uniform document in transit security provision adequate financial costs for carriers and consignees National Guarantee Company Vouching Agreement Transit Customs Authority Advantages of a national guarantee company encouraging the use of vouching as a means of securing the payment of customs duties, taxes in goods transportation in accordance with the customs procedure of customs transit; simplification of the procedure of providing security of payment of customs duties and taxes in customs processing of goods during customs transit; reduction of costs associated with application of securities of payment of customs duties and taxes in customs processing of goods during customs transit; facilitation and simplification of customs operations in customs processing during customs transit; minimising risks of violating customs legislation in the movement of goods in accordance with the customs procedure of customs transit through creating criteria for company activities. Mechanism of creating the financial institution of the customs duty and tax payment guarantee: creates the environment for development and wide utilisation of vouching as a means of securing the payment of customs duties and taxes in Kazakhstan contributes to simplification of formalities and facilitation of goods movement through customs border realises the principle of free movement of goods along the common customs territory of Eurasian Economic Union enhances transit potential of both Kazakhstan and other member-states of Eurasian Economic Union Thank you for attention!
