2015 Student Application
The Creating a Path to Success Program (C.A.P.S.) allows a select group of college students to participate at the CHCC’s Annual
Convention and provides participants with practical skills to help them grow as successful leaders and/or entrepreneurs in their
community. The program provides participants with useful skills, and provides networking and educational opportunities with
successful entrepreneurs, corporate representatives, non-profit representatives, and elected officials. All participants are
provided a full scholarship for the C.A.P.S. program, including hotel, meals, and travel if needed.
Please complete all parts of the application by Monday June 15, 2015. APLLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MONDAY, JUNE 15, 2015. 3 ways to apply:
