Creating A Path to Success 2015 Student Application The Creating a Path to Success Program (C.A.P.S.) allows a select group of college students to participate at the CHCC’s Annual Convention and provides participants with practical skills to help them grow as successful leaders and/or entrepreneurs in their community. The program provides participants with useful skills, and provides networking and educational opportunities with successful entrepreneurs, corporate representatives, non-profit representatives, and elected officials. All participants are provided a full scholarship for the C.A.P.S. program, including hotel, meals, and travel if needed. Please complete all parts of the application by Monday June 15, 2015.
