Responsibilities
 Provide support to estimation team for technical clarification, validating engineering scope
of supply, review of vendor quotes, and provide comprehensive input for submission of on
time and accurate bids.
 Prioritize and optimize utilization of engineering resources for ongoing projects to meet
the delivery schedule, increasing productivity and minimizing waste in processes,
 Review client requirements & design aspects, prepare estimates and develop tender
packages for erection, installation & commissioning of equipment in offshore oil & gas
projects.
 Provide pre-bid clarifications to bidders/EPC contractors before submission of priced bids
based on post final RFQ queries. Liaise with vendors and resolve their technical queries.
 Develop & implement project plans for development projects using in-house resources as
well out-sourced service agencies ensuring adherence to predefined schedules & budgets.
 Provide detailed engineering support to EPC contractor in review of vendor submittals like
design calculations, drawings, data sheets and quality assurance plans.

air receiver sizing, capacities of deluge fire fighting system, sprinkler system & inert
gas system, calculations for marine systems – potable water, starting air, furnace oil
