- Design all components of automation machine to support in production process.
- Design review with production engineers, QC Engineers, Process engineers and customers
(HONDA, TOYOTA, NISSAN, DENSO, and etc.)
Production Technology Enginee
- Select sensors, PLC, touch screen monitor, cylinders, solenoid valve, Ethernet unit and etc. which
are components of the automation machine.
Assembly all components of the machine and wiring.
Write PLC program and design touch screen panel to control the automation machine.
Optimization and set all parameters.
- Link all parameters from machine to internet network to adjust and control machine via internet.
- Design android application and link all parameters from the machine to internet network to
adjust and control machine via smart phone and tablet.
Prepare instruction manual and short training course for production engineers and maintenance
engineers to explain all about the machine.

Design and programming for the automation machine that use in assembly
process to support Nissan (Model X60A).
Develop long-range control system to control, adjust and troubleshoot machine
via internet network and also on smart phone. All parameters are shown as realtime. Previously, parameters were only adjusted on touch screen monitor.
Develop the full automatic optimization and control system to optimize all
parameters and control machine automatically and also links on the internet
network for manual long-range control.
Revise PLC program for all machines in production process to have sleep mode
that is be able to reduce power consumption (operators often forget to turn off
machine).
Design the automation machine to assembly O-ring that be able to increase
productivity from 7000 pieces/day to 20000 pieces/day.
Design and programming for the automation machine that use in assembly
process to support Nissan (Part No. T0703-T0).
Design and programming for the automation machine that use in QC process to
support Honda (Part no. T0682-T0). The machine is be able to support 8 models,
only select model on touch screen monitor. previously, there were 8 machines for
each models.
Design and programming for the automation machine that use in QC process to
support Mazda (Part No. T0012-TX).
Design an experiment and analyze to optimize all parameters of ultrasonic welding
machine and all units to decrease loss time and improve product quality.
Previously, parameters adjustment was depended on guess method.
Develop the automatic maintenance warning systems for machine to alert all
about error. All problem is reported to maintenance engineer via E-mail
(automatic email sending).
Revise PLC program to prevent keep out of NG product. Previously, When machine
was turn off, operator could keep out of NG product easily. At present, Only one
who have the password can keep out of NG product and start production process
again.

Analyze problem root case to decrease screw cracking problem to reduce the
expenses for screw spare parts 100,000 baht per month.

the automatic planning to increase planning efficiency.

the automatic stock control system to show all stock data as real-time.

automatically.

throughout. - Provide daily technical support to operations and maintenance by
attending the daily morning meeting and addressing technical process issues in
