Failure at any one unit means no overall award Course award External exam run by SQA Intermediate 2 – 2 hours, 2 x 25mark questions on Units 1 and 2 and 2 x 15 mark questions from Unit 3 = total/80 Intermediate 1 – 2 hours, 2 x 20mark questions on Units 1 and 2 and 2 x 10 mark questions from Unit 3 = total/60
