English Essay
"One name that dominates the Crusades is probably Salah al-Din”. Born in 1137, Saladin
was a great Muslim fighter and an Ayyubid sultan of Egypt. He had brought many changes
throughout Africa in the course of his life. Because of how productive Saladin was, it made it
possible for him to become a natural leader among his people. He was highly respected and
feared, even by his enemies due to his wisdom. Saladin is known as a wise, brave, and a
powerful leader.
Thing two
What might be a decision that Saladin made that had changed Africa? The Crusades are
probably what made Saladin’s name so famous. His army had recaptured Jerusalem from the
Crusaders and made sure that the city of Jerusalem was fortified. "Unfortunately, the mission
was not successful because the hostages were not present at the targeted location". When
the third Crusaders came to recapture Jerusalem, Saladin managed to defend the holy city of
Jerusalem. To avoid more conflict, he then made a treaty with the Christians, which allowed
the Christians to visit the holy land without any problem.
Thingy three
So, how did Saladin change Asia and Africa? We all have to agree to the fact that Saladin
had a great impact on the continents both Asia and Africa. He had united many of the Muslim

kingdoms throughout his life. But one of his greatest achievements was when he fought against
the crusaders. Saladin was able to defend Jerusalem against the Crusaders and sent them back
to Europe, which stopped the European stopped their influences for their time.
Oh boy
The influences that Saladin made throughout his life were definitely positive. Since he
was able to stop the Crusaders coming into Jerusalem. There could have been many more
massacres the Crusaders brought like what happened in the past Crusades. If Jerusalem were
taken over by the Crusades, it would have also given the control over the land around the area
to the Europeans.
