Course Registration form for CIPD Programmes
CIPD Foundation Certificate - Registration Process
Thank you for your interest in the CIPD Foundation Certificate. Please see the steps
below for securing a place on this valuable programme:
1) Complete the course booking form (attached terms & conditions apply) and email
to Marketing@sdt.com.sa . If you have any queries about booking please call the
Administration team on (01) 220 0078 Ext. 1454. If paying by cheque, please
send cheque and booking form by courier using the address below.
2) A programme tutor will then contact you by telephone to introduce himself and to
conduct a short ‘screening’ interview. This is a CIPD requirement and is primarily
to ensure that potential candidates have the relevant experience and opportunity
at work to complete the required programme assessments.
3) Following acceptance onto the programme, SDT will invoice the named contact,
or issue a receipt if payment accompanied the booking form.
4) On completion of payment we will issue your joining instructions and receipt by
email.

English Language Skills
Please note that the programme will require a good level of both written and spoken
English. Whilst the CIPD do not set a minimum level, SDT recommends an IELTS
score of 5 or above. Acceptance onto the programme is also subject to a short
screening interview which can be conducted by telephone.

Terms and Conditions
I understand that the above booking is subject to agreement with the following terms
and conditions:
Training Courses
SDT reserves the right to make changes or improvements to its courses and
workshops at any time without notice.
Course Booking
Bookings may only be made by using the attached Course Booking Form.
Booking Confirmation
Bookings will be confirmed by email.
Should you have any queries about a booking please call the administration team on
(01) 220 0078 Ext. 1454.
Price
Courses will be charged as per attached details. SDT reserves the right to change
course fees without notice. Courses include tuition, morning and afternoon
refreshments, lunch and hand-outs and relevant documents.
Payment
On receipt of booking SDT will invoice for the total amount due. Payment shall be
made in total at least 4 weeks prior to the start date of the course. Until payment in
full has been received a course place will not be guaranteed.
Joining Instructions
On receipt of payment SDT shall issue complete joining instructions, a location map,
venue details and course timings.
Cancellation
If a cancellation notice is received more than 6 weeks prior to the start of the course,
there will be a penalty charge of 10% of the fee for that course.
If a cancellation notice is received 4-6 weeks prior to the start of the course, there will
be a penalty charge of 20% of the fee for that course.
Where cancellations are received 2-4 weeks prior to the start of the course, there will
be a penalty charge of 50% of the fee for that course.
Where cancellations are received less than 2 weeks before the start of the course, or
where the student subsequently fails to attend/commence the programme, then no
part of the course fee will be refunded.

Cancellation of Programme by SDT
SDT reserves the right to alter or cancel a programme or published dates at any time
without liability. In these circumstances you will be offered an alternative programme,
a credit note or a full refund.
Transfers
If you need to transfer your booking please call the Programme Administration Team.
SDT will consider requests on an individual basis but cannot guarantee to provide an
alternative. A transfer fee may apply.
Language
The text of all correspondence and documents connected with or arising as a result
of the performance of the agreed scope shall be in the English language.
Please note that the programme will require a good level of both written and spoken

Calendar
All dates or periods of time detailed in these Terms and Conditions and associated
documents arising out of the performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be in
accordance with the Gregorian calendar.
Law
Any agreement that arises shall be governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia and shall
be subject to the jurisdiction of the Saudi Arabian Courts.
Learning Agreement
Delegates will be required to sign a learning agreement on course commencement.
