I agree to abide by the By-Laws of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association (SFAHBA), the New Mexico Home Builders
Association (NMHBA), and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). A minimum remittance of $650 represents the
annual membership dues of all three associations. Remodelers Council dues ($85) includes membership in the Local & National
Remodelers Council. Suggested voluntary contributions of $20 are for local and state Political Action Committees and the
DreamCatcher Educational Foundation non-profit,

Basic annual dues [$650.00] distribution: $182 for NAHB, $145 for NMHBA, and $323 for SFAHBA.
*Effective January 1, 2012, Affiliate Member annual membership dues are $45 per year. This membership is available only to individuals whose employers are currently
registered with a builder or associate membership. The expiration date is the same as the full member. Of the amount remitted for annual dues, $15 is for NAHB, $20 for
NMHBA, and $10 for SFAHBA.

members as ordinary and necessary business expense, subject to exclusion for lobbying activity. Because a portion of your dues are used for lobbying
by NAHB and NMHBA,11% ($20.02) of the total dues are not deductible for income tax purposes. Political Action Fund Donations are not deductible.
