I. Program Objectives
 To foster talents in the field of applied psychology for political,
economic, cultural, scientific, and technological development
 To grasp and obtain basic theoretical knowledge and skills of applied
psychology.
 To be able to conduct scientific research, psychological counseling
and human resource management in schools, research institutes,
counseling units, and companies.

III. Application Requirements
1. English proficiency requirements
 For English speakers: No requirements
 For Non-English speakers: IELTS not less than 6.0, or TOEFL
(Internet-based) not less than 80
2. Requirement for degree/study background
High school graduate with GPA not less than 3
3. Materials to be submitted
For English speakers:
 Photocopies of high school diploma and transcript. Such
documents in languages other than English must be attached with
notarized copies in Chinese or English.
For non-English speakers:
 Photocopies of high school diploma and transcript. Such
documents in languages other than English must be attached with
notarized copies in Chinese or English.
 Photocopy of IELTS or TOEFL certificate
