[Present a business case or value proposition for the project. The description of the commercial value and potential of the project will vary
depending on the nature of the project, especially whether it is a research, development or commercialization/implementation project. Projects
close to the market are expected to include a robust business plan including evaluation of market size, market access and risk, competitive
advantage and an explicit and realistic commercialization plan. Projects further away from the market are expected to be able to substantiate
significant commercial potential and outline a clear route to realization]
