At Isabella’s Petite we believe in creating unforgettable designer parties that little girls will love.
Our vintage themed venue, with breath taking decor, one of a kind sandpit and dolls’ house is
also open 7 days a week. Moms can enjoy a relaxing lunch or slice of cake while kids are
entertained and treated with candyfloss, ice cream and much more.
Surrounded by an idyllic park-like atmosphere, Isabella’s Petite is the perfect setting for a
fantasy party. Our venue is suitable for parties of 60 children or less for girls aged between 4
and 12 years.
We offer a complete party service - with a range of themes and additional extras to choose from.
Our team will customise your package to suit your needs. A dedicated hostess will ensure moms
can enjoy the party as much as their children by organising the birthday cake, invites, decor,
party packs etc. Moms can enjoy gourmet meals and drinks from our menu while our
entertainers create hours of fun with dress-up, face painting, games, music, pony rides etc.

PACKAGES
The party venue can be booked exclusively for your party in 2,5 hour
slots per booking for a max of 60 children and any amount of adults
depending on number of booking.
MIN: 10 CHILDREN
MAX: 60 CHILDREN
Or why not have a shared party with a friend or family member. Discount only Monday –
Thursday excl Public holidays.

Important notice: Please note that due to high demand, management needs to ensure your
party stays within the booking block. You can extend your party time – this should however be
done in advance, and is subject to managers discretion and the venue’ availability. We charge
an additional R500 per hour for your table in the kiddies party area. Adults can stay in restaurant
area after the party timeslot ended – but can be asked by management to move to another table
or section due to other reservations. We will however try our best to accommodate your needs.
Adult food and beverages to be ordered from menu and will be charged on your
account.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 Preliminary bookings will be cancelled, should 50% deposit, and proof of payment is not
received within 48 hours from date of provisional booking.
 Please book table for adults in advance.
 The venue accommodates parties for up to 60 children. It is management’s discretion on
the number of parties per hour slot. Party area is by no means excluded for one party at
a time, unless the party is booked for entire party venue capacity.
 The Isabella’s Greenlyn inside and outside areas is open to the public during parties.
This include the play area and entertainers. However if a entertainer is booked, as an
optional charge they will be exclusive to the client during the time booked. Please note:
We are situated in a open centre, and can’t control if other children make use of your
jumping castle for example.
 Isabella’s Petite regret no outside entertainment, but suggest you book one of our list of
accredited suppliers, unless arranged with management. Payment for the optional extras
will be added to your invoice. To secure booking our entertainers require 50% deposit on
date of booking.
 We cater for all your function requirements. No kids party accessories, sweets, drinks or
platters may be brought in, unless arranged with management. We do however allow you
to bring your own birthday cake! If you choice to bring you own Birthday cake for the
kids. Please bring your own knife to cut the cake, and plates to serve it on.

Your deposit will be deducted from your final invoice amount. The total amount
outstanding must be settled after your party before leaving the venue on the day of the
party. Debit or Credit card, EFT or Cash. No cheques.
The venue is however not available for other events like high tea’s, baby showers, bridal
showers and christenings. Please visit www.isabellas.co.za to find another branch.
Isabella’s Petite or its owners can not be held liable for any injuries or losses. The child
stays the responsibility of the parent at all times.
