 Know the names of the organelles, basically what they
look like (be able to describe in words what they look
like) and basically what they do.
 Include villi, microvilli, cytoskeleton
 Know the structure of the plasma membrane
 Know the name of the molecules that make up the
plasma membrane
 Know what stem cells are and their potential use
 Know the processes by which a cell eats, drinks and
releases products outside of the cell
