• Gujarat Innovative and Revolutionary ProgrammeSWAGAT
• The web browser is designed such that it provides a
specific Identification Number to a particular complain and
it reminds the administration every 15 days of interval to
solve the particular issue or to respond over the matter.
People who has made the complain can check their
complain status by providing the I.D. number to the
system. The complains which are made by the people are
scanned and E-File is prepared where these files are
forwarded to a particular Secretary of the concerned
region to look after the matter and respond to it.

• Gujarat has started Mission Manglam project for
enhancing livelihood opportunity.
• It aims to converge SGSY, Micro credit to SHGs and
other training programmes.
• Right now the factual details are as follows:• SGSY: 66 out of 294 SHGs (Mixed Group) Federation
involved in food processing ready made garments, Toys
making etc. Saving fund of Rs. 15.70,Bank loan 12.94
Lakhs, revolving fund 8.8 lakhs Subsidy Rs.5.8 lakhs ,
internal loan 8.5 lakhs.

find it strenuous. There is opportunity in other
sectors like porcelain, agriculture ,Animal
husbandry
